California Teleconnect Fund
The California Teleconnect Fund is a California state program that provides discounts on selected telecom services to qualifying schools, libraries, government-owned and operated hospitals and health clinics, and community based organizations. Please refer to the CTF website for instructions on how to apply for the program. The CTF Service Guide lists Vast Networks’ de-tariffed and non-regulated services and pre-discounted price ranges for California CTF customers.

E-Rate
E-Rate is a federally funded program in which the Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund makes discounts available to eligible schools and libraries for telecommunications services and Internet access. Please refer to the Universal Service Administrative Company (“USAC”) Schools and Libraries Program website for instructions on how to apply for the program and the regulations governing this process.
