Diverse building entrance means two separate entry points into your premises. Diverse local access means separate paths from the building to the first aggregation point. Full route diversity means separate paths end to end. Each level costs more and protects against more, and it is worth being explicit about which one you are buying.
Whether genuine diversity can be built to a given building depends entirely on what physically exists near it. In many locations it can; in some it cannot at any sensible cost. A provider that promises diversity generically, before surveying, is describing an aspiration.
